First, they have an ad on facebook for new patients for a free exam and xrays. Upon arrival the receptionist was not friendly at all-never once smiled-she told me to pay $49. I showed her the texts received that confirmed the free visit and after reading the text she said it wasn't correct and I had to pay $49 right then. She informed me nothing was free and to get that promotion I would have to pay their sage care cost of $158. Sage dental is the place to go if you want your dental work to be very sloppy. They specialize in filing a tooth and having the filling fall out after 8 days and refuse to do anything about it. I was told I have to start all over with X-rays to have the tooth filled once more. If you want a filling to fall out after 8 days, Sage dental is the place to go for sloppy work. I went to a real dentist instead of a jackleg and he filled my tooth properly and it lasted as a dentist work should be done properly.

I have called twice to change an appointment date to another date. I did not get a person to talk with and had to leave a message so they can return call me. They did not respond to either call and it will be day three soon. We will go to their location in person to change it. Very poor customer service. John S.

We were traveling when my husband needed urgent care, and the ladies at Sage took charge! They quickly got us in, did X-rays, arranged for special scans, and followed up with an extraction. Just two days later, we were back for a follow-up appointment—everything was handled seamlessly! They were exceptional in every way. Even though we have insurance back home, we’ll be returning to Florida for all our future care with them!

Terrible office manager - every visit was the new issue that she was trying to resolve by bulling us. When I try to ask question or make comment her response was to ask me if I am a dentist.

After all work done .They never gave me a bill always told me everything was paid. Then I get bill for $2660.00. I told them to start I have no money to pay. They made my teeth month later pulled 6 teeth. I can't wear teeth got broken boned or teeth. They wouldn't answer my calls I had get antibotic for infection in my mouth pain every day. I had dental insurance, but had to pay in full before I saw the dentist. I was charged for a procedure that the endodontist said was not needed. After several months, I was reimbursed for the amount the insurance paid to Sage, but I was never reimbursed for the test I was told was not done because it was not needed. I was told when I left the office and during phone calls that I would be reimbursed, but I could never get anything in writing. I'll never go back to Sage and advise everyone else to avoid it.

This dental office has rude customer service, they never answer the phone. While there, I gave them two insurances, and I still received a bill.

I am disappointed with the serve and the dishonesty of Sage dental. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist Duyen seems like a salesperson. She offered me additional treatment which I did not requested for $154.00. I informed her that I am only here for what is scheduled. I ask her to take off the added treatment because I cannot afford or want it. She had two iPad one with the 154.00 added and show me on the other iPad showing I would only be charge 50.00 for the antibiotic that I took because of her pressuring me. Du... read more
