Too many procedures suggested by an employee who seemed well versed in sales techniques. The procedures added up to a significant amout of pot of pocket expenses. When we turned them down, they would not do a standard cleaning.

Dont come here if you want personalised dental work. I came today with my wife to have a simple cleaning done and when they saw me they handed me a bill for almost $200 when i have insurance that covers my cleanings because they felt that i needed a special medication during my cleaning. I explained to them clearly that i understand what their saying but as of right now i just want to do the cleaning without the medication.
