The women that is there did not do a good job on my husband and she left some in his mouth that she try to pull out and couldn't and they didn't want to give any antibiotic or pain meds after pulling 7 to 10 and his denture they did don't fit in his mouth

Excellent all around. Everyone is very friendly, polite, and personable. Mary is the nicest person I've ever met at a dental office, and goes out of her way to help me get the most for my dental benefits, on a timeline the insurance company accepts. This was especially important when an old bridge failed, and I had to choose among options to deal with the situation. Thank you Dr. McIntosh for the great experience at my first visit to Sage Dental at Weston. Dr. McIntosh tooka lot of time to talk tome and calmed my nerves - I am usually extremely scared of going to a dentist. The worst dentist ever, when to see what the pain was in my back tooth. Dr. Israel told me I needed two crown at 800.00 each and four front teeth done in porcelain veneers because of bad fillings. But could not do an appt for two months for the deep cleaning. So after one week I called back to get the back tooth pulled because i could not afford 800.00 for crown. I've never had anything but top-notch experience with this office. Dr. Summer Young is wonderful, deep knowledge and with a very good "chair-side" manner. The staff is very helpful and will work with you to make sure you understand the charges you will be responsible for. I've been to other dentists, and regretted it deeply (my pocketbook did as well). Jose is incompetent, arrogant and bad for business. They charge you for every office visit after they already quoted you an inclusive price for treatment. Dr. Franklin's bedside manner is rude and unfriendly. Their prices are exorbitant and some of the staff there are improperly trained. Plenty of competition in the area as alternatives. ONLY, Dr. Hedger is recommended at this dental office.

If you have a DHMO plan, or any plan for that matter, Do not go here or any Sage Dental. I went to the Parkland office for a check up and cleaning when it was Gentle Dental about 9 months ago. After my checkup they refused to do my cleaning saying I needed a deep cleaning. The dentist and hygienist told me I had had early stage periodontal disease and gum pockets 4 to 5 milometers deep. The deep cleaning would not be covered by my insurance and would cost $300 per visit and needed to be done every three months for a year. It... read more
