Yesterday, I was a first and last time customer at this facility. This is the first dentist I've been to where they do not check your vitals before putting you into the chair. Anyway, I was told that I needed a deep cleaning which will cost me $364 with insurance. I wasn't expecting to have to pay like that, so I asked them to do a regular cleaning, then I'll schedule the deep cleaning at another time. They refused to to give me a regular cleaning. A little ticked off. My crown literally broke this weekend and they are stating the earliest they can see me is November 15th or 17th. Seriously, I think something like that would take some kind of precedent or they would try to fit me in. Nope not even a second look. I may be needing to find a new dentist. Which makes me sad because their hygienist is amazing. 😥
Awful experience with Sage, specifically this location. Took my boyfriend in to get three wisdom teeth removed and the procedure was done here. After lots of pain, chills, and fluctuating temps we started to think he had an infection in one of the areas. After being routed to multiple locations we were finally able to get someone on the phone and they brushed it off. The next day it was worse and I demanded we speak to the surgeon. Had a consult with the dentist. Everything I need done was explained and insurance coverage was also explained. Everyone was very nice.
Dr. Romero is the best. I love how she took care of my dental needs. Love the staff and the dental assistant very friendly.
