I haven't had any good experiences with this company. I went to the Winter Park office because I had a crown that was loose. Waited several weeks to get in. Once I was in the chair the hygienist came in and looked at every tooth and then I was told to make several different appointments. The dentist didn't even look at the loose crown, which eventually broke and fell out. I went in just to get a tooth pulled. They took over a dozen X-rays, exam, told me I needed a "deep cleaning" at $1000.00, wanted to price a crown too and I said I just needed the tooth pulled! They said I had to come back in a MONTH to see the "specialist". What kind of place is this?? They only want your money and don't want to help you when you are in need. NEVER GO TO THESE CROOKS. Fast, friendly and took time to explain everything. I will refer this office to friends and family. I'm happy to have a new dentist
I would never go back! They suggested a deep cleaning for 500.00, which I did not need. Went for a second opinion and was told I did not need it. Also they said I had a cracked filling, which I did not have. They are just trying to make money off your insurance company. Please get a 2nd opinion!
I was very pleased with the entire experience. The office and staff were very professional and knowledgaeable. I just have to make the right decision regarding an implant or bridge on my tooth. I seem to think an implant is a better way to procede, and the cost of either is not cheap. I want to make the right decision that will be right for me.
