Do not use this Dental office!!! When I first went in to the office,(July 2024) Courtney, Suggested, I call a dental plan that they offer to see if I could get help paying for my implants. I called that number while in the office. the rep on the phone wanted to speak to the off8ce manager. So I gave her to Courtney in sage dental. One annoying thing that they do is split your appointment into two separate appointments, so you have to take off twice. One appointment is a consultation, and the other is for the actual cleaning. That makes NO sense. Secondly, they have some very underhanded ways of sneaking services and fees on you. EVERY dental office that I have ever used ALWAYS verbally asks if you want a fluoride treatment. What they do is bury it in a bunch of forms so PLEASE be sure to read everything you are signing. The front desk lady is nice and extremely helpful didn’t have the correct coverage so she helped told me I was going to get a free cleaning for new patient the hygienist took forever to come so did the dentist went for a cleaning and whitening never got a cleaning just x ray’s dentist tell me my front tooth was dead and recommended me to a root canal specialist, which makes no sense if it’s dead why not take it out so when I asked, she kept pushing the specialist of the root canal on me also was a little unprofessional. They weren't helpful. Scheduled an appointment for a Friday. Confirmed appt and no one was there. Drove 3 hrs for nothing. Rescheduled to another location dr referred me to someone else. Useless place.
Excellent experience, thank you Ms. Linda at the front desk for making me feel welcomed and taken care of. The entire appointment from start to finish was filled with knowledgeable care, teamwork and kindness. You all made my day so much better, thank you.
