The apartments are not maintained well. Consistent flooding on the lower levels indicate drainage and foundation issues. Senior citizen residents deserve better accommodations rather than being shuttled to another ghetto in Sage Crossing. Poor customer service. I’ve called, left voice mails and messages through Facebook over my concerns and it hasn’t been taken seriously. This is probably one of the top 3 worsts places in Lee’s Summit to live.
