I didn’t appreciate the service when I went in for the eye exam and since it’s also been unprofessional. I’ve called them three times over two months, once where the receptionist gave me quite the attitude. I’d like them to email me my prescriptions, which they charged handsomely for. How hard is that? They just won’t do it, always say they will and never do. In general, they seem all over the place. Avoid this place, there is much better service at other clinics in the city.
Wonderful! Dr. Roberts and the entire team are excellent and professional, and the atmosphere in there is warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Doctor Roberts was really kind and knowledgeable. All the staff is very friendly. Nice selection of glasses and clean office. It was my first time and I really liked the service I received!
Really love this eye centre. Dr. Kelly is kind and thorough, and Mike was great to deal with to buy new glasses. Just a nice, friendly local eye clinic.
So impressed with my experience her! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely come back and highly recommend to others :)
