These people are incompetent and slow to read a very simple question in an email. Literally made my class scheduling way more difficult than it had to be. Even when I told them I work mainly out of state they still scheduled me in state and told me I could not be in the class if I am out of state.... even if it's remote. So you schedule me for a class, I can't even be in, just for me to get kicked out and forced to reschedule dates that conflict with my job.
