I wasn’t able to work with this business due to a technicality, but I wanted to review our interaction. Sage Counseling goes above and beyond to connect people with local resources- even if it isn’t them. They are responsive, compassionate, and very helpful. They value patient privacy and listen to potential patients. I’d highly recommend Sage Counseling to anyone needing assistance becoming the best version of themselves.
Went to one visit. Presented health insurance. They've been trying to bill me over $50 which is ridiculous with insurance and harassing me nonstop on my email and phone #. Whether I owe you or not (I don't believe I do anywhere near what you all say I do) a counseling service shouldn't be playing collections agency when your job is to make sure people don't go further into depression and hurt themselves I will remove this review when I get email confirmation you all plan to stop harassing me.
Rebecca is kind, supportive, and very down to earth. I appreciate Sage Counseling and am so glad I found them!
