Appreciate the quick response on my needs
The ladies here, Olivia, Kylie, and Michelle go above and beyond. They are attentive, communicative, and provide a living experience that I wish every community provided. The level of service is exemplary. This is a beautiful, well-kept community. The gym is impressive. The apartments themselves offer spacious layouts. This is a convenient location off of Staples St and roughly 20 mins to the beach. Highly recommend this community. The team here makes the experience.
Stayed here for a short period- Nice apartments- Karen’s as neighbors. The Karen in building 13 stalks everyone on their camera and tries to report anyone and anything she can as she has nothing better to do. And the leasing office doesn’t take anyone else reports seriously. Karen has reported my SERVICE DOG multiple times for being off leash. We love the Sage! The only reason we did not renew our lease is because we relocated out of state, but we definitely would have renewed our lease if not for the move. The complex itself is beautiful. The grounds are very well-maintained and properly kept. The community overall was quiet and everyone kept to themselves. Parking was never an issue and the parking lot was very well lit at night.
