Sage is such a great place to live. Management and staff are always so pleasant. Maintenance is also wonderful! They get the job done and never keep you waiting. Olivia and Kylie thank you for everything.
I’ve lived here for almost two years and will happily be moving in the near future. The apartments are nice, but the apartment team has little to no respect for you as a resident. They do not respect your privacy and are not willing hear out any issues you may have. Maintenance team has made it a frequent habit to enter into our residence without warning or giving us time to even answer the door. As someone who works from home a lot, this has been a big issue.
Beware, I was stationed here for a few months and when it came time to PCS yes they honored the military clause but the property management company greystar charged to completely replace the carpet which was exactly how it was when I moved in. Completely unnecessary and unacceptable business
If you enjoy hearing your neighbors all night every night, then rent here. I promise you, you will get no sleep living here. These units were built so poorly it’s pretty sad. Also, can’t get through management at all in 3 years.
