We love the Sage! The only reason we did not renew our lease is because we relocated out of state, but we definitely would have renewed our lease if not for the move. The complex itself is beautiful. The grounds are very well-maintained and properly kept. The community overall was quiet and everyone kept to themselves. Parking was never an issue and the parking lot was very well lit at night. Landscaping is bad. The mowers are horrible i cant believe we pay for it. They use big mowers for tiny places then blow it behind the a/c condensers. They Leave the sidewalks covered in mud and grass. In the front by the office it's alot nicer. The grass is never cut even. I think they could get a better company that takes pride in there work.

I lived in Sage for about a year in 2021. I paid my rent and other expenses on time and had no problem. A month later I moved out of the apartment, they called me stating that I owe them $100 for cleaning a stained carpet, which was a fabricated claim. I was lived in the apartment with my 17 years old daughter at that time. I had a bare minimum furniture because it was a temporary place for us as we were traveling our home state, FL frequently.
