While Sage Corner isn't the worst building out there, it certainly has room for improvement. The peaceful neighborhood is a definite plus. However, issues like inconsiderate residents blocking the dumpster and the disregard for the one-parking-spot-per-unit policy create unnecessary frustration. Additionally, the management team's lack of responsiveness hinders effective communication and problem-solving. With a bit more attention to these areas, Sage Corner could elevate its living experience.
People who park in this apartment complex are constantly blasting music after hours from their vehicle or leaving their car idling every day for longer than 5 minutes. Please have your tenants respect noise ordinance. I have called and emailed at least 10 times about this issue with no response.
Can’t wait for the lease to be up, never available to help out the office is only open 4 hours a day. You only get one assigned spot and now if you park in the only place available, it will get towed. Won’t be parking where I can’t see my vehicle and it can get broken into. Stupid Edit: we can’t decorate our little space where it’s not a tripping hazard but look at the mess they do allow. Steer clear of this complex.
