I am currently a tenant at Sade Condo and in my opinion the staffs members are extremely slow to repair any complaints. I have contacted the office in regards to the following, the above unit has water running into the main bathroom with a hole in the wall. I currently have two buckets to catch the water. I am concern that urine is also running into the bucket. My fears are mold can developed if the repairs are not done ASAP! I have contacted the office to my emergency but with no response back to my complaints.
