They robocall me every single Monday and no one ever responds when I answer. Then it just disconnects. But two can play at that game. I call them back, put my phone on mute and it's hilarious to me to hear their representatives get frustrated going "Hello? Hello? Hello?". Stinks when it happens to them. Best part is they are calling for someone who knows me, not even my debt. So they know what they are doing is illegal but if they don't interact with me when they call me and instead when I call back, they can skirt laws. Wel... read more

Violates § 1006.18 False, deceptive, or misleading representations or means. Would claim they're another company, and claim contact when not using proper information.

I get lots of debt collector calls for a guy named Amal Ali. I do not know who that is. This debt collector contacted me twice with an auto dailer which is illegal. They contacted me on a Sunday morning when I was in church looking for this guy.
