Extremely Unsafe and Poorly Maintained – Serious Health and Safety Concerns I lived at Sage Canyon Apartments and it was one of the most unsafe and unkept places I’ve ever experienced. The property may look nice in the photos, but don’t be fooled. The images are very misleading. In reality, it’s run-down, poorly managed, and absolutely not a safe place for children or families. Jose was awesome. Answered all my questions and made the process smooth
I toured with Christian the leasing consultant, last week and he was very informative and helpful, answered all the questions I had about the property. I took my application on his day off and Jose, the assistant manager assisted me then. Not only was Jose helpful and made the process easy for me, he made me feel like I was already part of the community. Excited to move in!
It is a horrible and overpriced community. The apartment complex is falling apart. I can’t wait for my lease to be over.
If you are considering living here, remember you get what you pay for and even that statement is an understatement. They promote amenities that are way below luxury standards. The “hot tubs” are cold and raggedy and they refuse to fix them. On site laundry “facility” is dirty with broken appliances. Tenants leaving their dogs poop everywhere.
