I had a very frustrating experience with Sage Canyon Apartments when moving out. Despite leaving the apartment clean, with walls touched up and in excellent condition, they charged us excessive fees for “cleaning, prorated paint, and reglaze” without any clear justification. When we requested a detailed breakdown of the charges, the management provided vague responses and no concrete evidence, such as before-and-after photos or invoices. It was fun looking around
The neighbors of building 22 on the second floor are horrible, a lot of noise, loud music until 5am and they never do anything, many times we report to the police and the office but they never do anything, very bad place
