Almost three years of living at Sage, it was up and down due to previous management. My husband and I value communication and trust and we're the type of people who give chances to see how things go. To anyone thinking of renting at Sage Canyon, don’t waste your time and money on this apartment complex. Their website claims “luxury apartments” but there is nothing luxurious about them at all. I had a very frustrating experience with Sage Canyon Apartments when moving out. Despite leaving the apartment clean, with walls touched up and in excellent condition, they charged us excessive fees for “cleaning, prorated paint, and reglaze” without any clear justification.
