I was going to be a first time client, but this changed due to Nicole rescheduling repeatedly. My original appointment was for Sunday, September 28th at 12 pm, but she texted me that Thursday, September 25th in the afternoon asking if it was ok if I came in on Saturday, September 27th at 11:30 am, cool, I agreed. I had an amazing experience today w/ nicole i Love my hair. She was quick, laidback (which worked perfect cause im usually quiet lol) yet she was attentive to making sure it was to my liking. Even with not having burgundy color i wanted the one she suggested/had came out even better. Everyone was kind & chill. Will be returning & going here for hair services here on out. (& mybad for smiling randomly at you lmfao i just be happy🤣)

Unprofessional. I’m traveling 1hr to get to my 11am appointment on time and barely 45 minutes before my appointment they don’t reach out. They just sent a notification saying that my appointment been pushed back to 1 PM as if people don’t have nothing else to do with their day. I will be watching to make sure that my deposit is back in my bank account or else I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau - I refuse to argue with someone about a refund.
