Unprofessional. I’m traveling 1hr to get to my 11am appointment on time and barely 45 minutes before my appointment they don’t reach out. They just sent a notification saying that my appointment been pushed back to 1 PM as if people don’t have nothing else to do with their day. I will be watching to make sure that my deposit is back in my bank account or else I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau - I refuse to argue with someone about a refund.
Brie has hands blessed by God and a calendar cursed by chaos. My boyfriend has never left disappointed with his retwist — when she actually gets around to doing it. I had a great experience at this S.A.G.E shop! The stylist was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about locs. My appointment was quick and efficient, but never felt rushed. I appreciated how neat and clean my hair turned out—it looked amazing. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality loc care!
Took my son to get his first cornrolls. Nicole was quick and they came out looking fresh. My son is very pleased.
On their site they ask for you to cancel before 24 hours but their stylist can not only cancel one hour before my appointment but then ask me to travel an hour away to accommodate her poor skills at scheduling. Heard great things about them but very unprofessional and this was my first experience. Then I rescheduled for the stylist not to show up and the owner or whoever Nicole is have an attitude like I was an inconvenience to her… do yourself a favor, save your coins and respect your time. F this place.
