I feel it’s important to share my actual experience since I wasn’t comfortable being honest at the time the stylist was standing over my shoulder as I left a review, so I just gave 5 stars and left. I was going to be a first time client, but this changed due to Nicole rescheduling repeatedly. My original appointment was for Sunday, September 28th at 12 pm, but she texted me that Thursday, September 25th in the afternoon asking if it was ok if I came in on Saturday, September 27th at 11:30 am, cool, I agreed. I had an amazing experience today w/ nicole i Love my hair. She was quick, laidback (which worked perfect cause im usually quiet lol) yet she was attentive to making sure it was to my liking. Even with not having burgundy color i wanted the one she suggested/had came out even better. Everyone was kind & chill. Will be returning & going here for hair services here on out. (& mybad for smiling randomly at you lmfao i just be happy🤣)
