When I moved in I discovered that the apartment was left in a disgusting state by the previous tenant. Are units not inspected when someone moves out? Completely unacceptable -- I should not have to clean up a stranger's mess.
It's roasting 28C inside the rooms and they don't turn on AC? Been like this for 4 days all my roommates are sweating and we had to study in this environment too because all courses are online. Called Sage Living and was told different useless answers like "it was managed by the building manager" and "the other company is responsible and we couldn't get in touch with them in time". Rent here if you like living in an oven.
it was built in 2017. 8 mins walk to UW or WLU, fully furnished unit, en-suite laundry. it has gym, party room and a movie theatre. We had a room face to the east.
