I have worked with Bill Mosey and the Sage1 team for more than a decade. You will not meet a more honest and friendly crew in the business. The property managers are knowledgeable and experienced. The office team, led by Kim, is professional and helpful. This is a great organization.

Kim Mosey is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I need something. A form, a clarification of an HOA rule, or in need of a fix at my unit. I've lived in Kings Landing over 20 years and been through numerous property management firms. Sage 1, and Ms. Mosey especially, are the best yet.

Sage 1 LLC has been an excellent managing company. As a homeowner, I really had a great experience and I couldn't recommend them more! Bill and Kim Mosey are professionals, excellent at their jobs, and very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I may have had. Their responses to any maintenance issues were fast, and fixed quickly. They have been great and have gone out of their way to take care of the community of Winding Brook.
