The property mgr at Cedar Glen West doesn't realize he works for us.He has no people skills and speaks to residents like he is above them.Snowed Sunday had to wait till Monday for them to plow in between the buildings for people to get in and out of their driveways, I hope no one needed an ambulance. Still waiting for end of driveways to be cleaned and it's Tuesday.
I personally would like to commend and recommend this property management company! Bill and his team were fantastic mangers for 15 yrs at my community. They were always available night and day for general questions and emergencies. Communication is key with any management company and Sage 1 was top notch in this sense. I’ve been a shareholder here since 2016 and felt compelled to write in response to a couple of poor reviews! The property has improved tenfold since they were brought in. I think the office staff is awesome!!! And Billy - yes he can be blunt but I’d rather have someone be honest with me than BS like the last manager. Overall a lot of us are feel like we’re in good hands.
