I paid my initial fees of $1250 but had not yet turned in any paperwork to start the filing process. Now I'm told that the attorney has passed away, the law firm is going thru and I need to sign a letter stating that I will be going a new attorney to finish my bancrupsy.........ok, so where is my 1250 to pay someone eles?
