Dr Chokshi and his staff have helped me greatly with Chronic pain issues! I continue to be impressed with the multiple pain reluef options that are available today. I came in for a severe pain in my back by my shoulder blade. I was desperate to get some relief, especially before a trip I had scheduled the following week. Dr. Chokshi listened to me, checked painful the area and said he thinks a trgger point was inflamed. He provided some pain patches and prescribed a strong muscle relaxer and steroid pak. Phenomenal service—easy to schedule and upmost compassion
His occipital nerve block for migraines keeps me migraine free for a year. And his steroid injections for lower back pain last six months. I fly from Portland Oregon for his treatments.
