I love Sagano in all versions but this location. They have unclear and inconsistent messaging about reservations. We called at 5:30pm to ask if we needed a reservation for arriving at around 6pm and we're told we did not. When we arrived at 6:05pm the first thing out of the hostesses mouth after greeting was "do you have a reservation?" We had a reservation for 6:30 pm last night. We arrived at 6:20 pm. Told them we were here. The hostess said it would be just a few minutes. I did not mind because we were early. At 7:00pm we still were not sat. My husband went to the hostess stand where the manager was to tell them we were leaving. She was incredibly rude and said who are you? I stopped in last night at about 8:30 for a cocktail with some clients. The bar area was totally empty except the bartender. We sat at a table and waited about 15 minutes while many staff walked by. Nobody greeted us or offered to serve us. The bartender never even looked at us. This was my first and last time at this establishment. Incredibly disappointing.
Went there for my second time the other night great place great food wonderful staff and chef was amazing!!! This is a fun restraunt for people with a Sense of humor! I'll for sure be back!!
