I usually enjoy my experience at Sagano. However this last particular visit I was very dissatisfied. Not with the food but the service from the manager/owner. During our meal prep the chef accidentally squirted hot butter on my nose, purse cell phone, and scarf that was around my neck! I immediately put 8ce on it, and went over to speak with the manager. I have had one bad experience but we go here every year on my birthday and I love it! Cooks are funny and food is always fantastic!
Food is alway good you never know what to expect with the entertainment something pleasantly different each time. Staff very friendly great environment to bring family and friends.

We were excited to go eat here and we were told it would be an hour wait. Ok, no problem. We went and got drinks from the bar. Extremely unfriendly bartender (dark hair girl) no smiles, no" HI, how you?" No "your welcome" when I said Thank you to her. NOTHING. NOT A WORD SPOKEN. NOT ONE WORD. After an hour wait we went and asked how much longer it would be and they told us 30 to 50 minutes. We asked why so much longer and they said they forgot to tell us about reservations ahead of us. I have had a good experience in the past here. However this last time I took six of out and spent $140..00 only to have a very poorly cooked meal. The food was so greasy, I filled half a bowl with it before I could eat anything. The cook was so sloppy he made a great mess. He also put hum hum sauce on every thing he cook.
