Update: I’ve been here for close to a year and this place is terrible. I honestly wish I never moved here. And i absolutely hate that I had to re-sign my lease. Believe every bad review left up here. I wish I wasn’t naive and actually took heed to the warnings. It should be low in come housing and not 1777 for an 2 bedroom. For starters there is a huge MICE problem. Since I can’t respond to the owner, here’s something that’ll help your residents without me having to unnecessarily get in contact with you: maybe try adding security cameras in the parking lot? I was a resident of Sagamore Hills from Oct2022 till Aug2023. Absolutely never again, and you couldn’t pay me to live here. Within the VERY FIRST WEEK of me having moved in, my car was stolen out of the parking lot. They were very helpful took care of me office management was 5 star they are very welcoming place was ready it was very easy to work with thank you to the all of team for working with me and making it very easy
