Once, I left my keys at work and could not get into my apartment. Raquel quickly gave me a key to use so that I could get in. Management is horrible!!!
I’m really disappointed in how this apartment complex treats their residents. We had an awful experience. 1. They threatened to evict us within two days because apparently we didn’t pay rent when we definitely did. 2. They had our address on the lease written down incorrectly. All of our mail from UPS and FedEx would end up at different places in the complex. I called several times about it and they wouldn’t fix it. RecommendedI have been living at Copper Crossing for the past year and it has been awesome. Quiet close to entertainment and food and management is awesome and friendly. I always get maintenance done on time. Overall a great community with great features and offers with great prices Glad to renew my lease for another year
5 ⭐️ We moved here in May 2018. We love the staff, maintenance crew and manager here. Tonight we were invited for game night with our families and we had a great time!!! Highly recommend Copper Crossing Apartments!
If there was a way to leave a rating with a 0 star I would do that. The most horrific apartment experience of my life. Too many examples to list. However, the green pool over 4th of July weekend is just 1 of many. The workout room constantly closed. The WORST management EVER!!!!!!!! Garbage is the best thing I can call this place!
I moved here in March. My stay over all has been nice. I really like the area, convenient to everything. Neighbors are nice, no major problems. I love my apartment. There are some complaints online regarding the water issue. Pipes are under repair so sometimes your with out water. This has only happened once since I've been here & it was for less than an hour. There are also complaints online regarding pet poop. Yes, there is poop everywhere. That is not a management issue as this complex is very pet friendly. Residents need... read more
If I could give a 0 I would. Worst complex around. I have had no ac in over a month with no resolution. BEWARE!!
