It’s my first ever bad review I’m by life . On August 18 I was scheduled to what was likely an inexperienced technician I don’t know but she filed my nails down so aggressively that she reached the raw flesh. I repeatedly asked her to stop filing, but she kept going, and I ended up with completely ruined nails. Another technician stepped in to finish the pedicure, but the pain was simply unbearable. I had a very disappointing experience at Sag Harbor Nails. I called ahead and made an appointment. When I arrived, I found out they only accept cash. The person who took my appointment never mentioned this. I only found out because I overheard him discussing the cash-only policy with another customer and asked about it. When I explained that no one had told me, the technician insisted that he tells everyone. Good customer service even though they didn’t understand a word I was saying. They did a horrible job with my nails. I made the above comment two year’s ago. Today is 08/03/2026. I wanted to try again and this was my experience. Never again! These pictures were taken two days after. This is after I filed it down a bit. Disappointing and dirty: I booked in for a pedicure with my two daughters. When we arrived, they only had availability for one. Then they told us we could not even sit together. I had specifically booked for the three of us to have it done together and requested that we sit together. I had looked around while I was talking to the manager and noted that the pedicure chairs were filthy and broken/cracked. We walked out and certainly will not be back.

I go here for all my services, Jack for nails is outstanding and Nubia for waxing! The place is packed because it is great! Your go to for nails!
