I came here on July 6th at 2pm to get sns on my nails and gel pedicure HORRIBLE service no warm welcome even though I set an appointment very young staff no one wanted to work the holiday weekend. Pedicure mediocre at best even though it was $100 massage was sub par my sns look like a kid put pink clay on my nails it’s trash and juvenile at best I ask the nail tech young kid with cartoon shirt to file them more he said why didn’t you say it before sir this is $75 for sns and I asked the file them more he grabbed my hand with... read more

Just moved to Sag Harbor full time from the city and was nervous about finding a nail place comparable to New York City. Found Sag Harbor nails, and Jack did a phenomenal job. I am so pleased with how my nails turned out. They are better than in the city. He paid very close attention to detail and worked meticulously to make them beautiful. So happy! Thank you Jack. I found my new nail spot.
I will rate this 4.5. Price, staffs were all great. Neat/cleanliness could be better.
