Great office!
I had a frustrating experience with their new-patient onboarding process. I emailed my insurance information ahead of time (to the Hotmail address they provided). When I arrived, I was told they needed it texted instead. They didn’t receive that either. It wasn’t until I sent a screenshot that it finally came through. While this back-and-forth was happening, I spent a significant amount of time filling out pages of new-patient forms only to be told afterward that my insurance was out of network. Dr. Nano was very nice and phenomenal, such a pleasure to receive care from him. Always took his time answering my questions. All staff members were friendly and very helpful. They met my needs and made me feel at ease. 10/10 recommend! Wonderful office! Thank you guys!
I always have a great experience with Nano Dentistry. The team is awesome, the facilities are clean, and the work is excellent. The tech is also state of the art—I had a permanent crown done same day! No temporary needed. Highly recommend for all your dental needs.
