I place an order for 3 bottles of Sodium Bicarbonate on 10/13/24. The order referenced a delivery of 5-8 days. This company uses the Shop App to track purchases. After trying to access this app, I was unable to get a response as to the delivery of my order. I have tried contacting this company via email/phone with no success. They do not respond. I have filed a complaint with my Visa provider and they said it will take up to 2 weeks for a response. As it stands right now I am out over $59 for a product they will not provide.... read more
