They could've used quite a few more staff members. The receptionist was not wearing shoes the entire hour and a half I was there. I was constantly ushered back and forth and ended up giving my initial intake to a male med student. (He was very nice, but I specifically choose this location to speak with a female doctor.) I saw her for maybe 10 minutes where she promptly diagnosed without listening to what I was trying to say. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! The office is pretty old and needs updating. I don't care about that so much as having a good doctor, and an organized office. I agree with the previous reviewer that the office is disorganized, and poorly staffed. Dr Safia listened carefully to me and didn't rush me. But I still wasn't really satisfied with the service. I had to do blood tests twice (once in her office, and once at a nearby hospital), and I wasn't convinced that she correctly interpreted them. She did refer me to a specialist, and that was helpful.
