Great place. Great vibes. Food was simple, but so well put together. Chef don't play. Good wine. Good time.
It was our second time in since the rebrand from a Moroccan Wine Bar to neighborhood wine bar, and it was rather disappointing, again. I hesitated to write a review after the first visit, because I thought there were maybe just some growing pains with the rebrand. Checked out Safi last Friday with my partner and were greeted by the calm cozy atmosphere they have created here. They have a great wine selection at various price points to suite your budget as well as small bites to accompany your drinks. We ended up going with their labrusco for our wine and we paired it with a charcuterie plate, house salad and their French fries. Really sad about Safi- your food, drinks and vibe used to be to notch. Its all bland, boring and typical the uniqueness is gone.
This place has the best wines, I always get the flight, and the best snacks, particularly the chickpeas. Seating is comfortable both inside and out.
