I had a fantastic experience at Saffron St Surgery! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The Nurses and doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly supportive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt fully informed and cared for. Saffron street surgery is the best medical practice I have ever been to . The care and compassion is beyond . Nang Sein and Dr Anderson are incredible and between them and Monica they can solve any medical problem . Quinn at the front desk will do anything to help .

Definitely one of the worst GP practices I have ever experienced. As a nurse I am aware of the basic standards of care that patients are entitled to. Saffron St surgery caused so much distress for my father and myself, lacking compassion and duty of care during our difficult ordeal of his dementia diagnosis. I do hope that this surgery will endeavour to improve their services in the future to be directed at better patient centred care.
