We had an outstanding experience trading in our 2023 Tiguan R-Line and purchasing our 2025 Volkswagen Atlas R-Line thanks to William, Chris, and Rebecca. Had an excellent experience purchasing from Safford VW. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent throughout the entire process. William and Lexi in sales were super helpful. Chris in management went out of his way to work with me and not waste my time. Rebecca did a fantastic job with the paperwork side of things. I would give them my business in the future without a moment’s hesitation. They played no games and made the deal happen.
Safford VW is top notch dealership. Jenaia is so knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service. I feel like Chris is someone I’ve known for years because of his great personality and kindness. Rebecca was the icing on the cake. Normally, financing departments make me feel like I’ve been taken advantage of but Rebecca was definitely ahead of her game in making sure I got the best deal possible. I enjoyed every minute of being at the dealership! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
