Have been dealing with this dealership over numerous phone calls about a car being bought not even 5 months ago with 54,000 miles on it and now it has hit just over 62,000 and has a terrible knocking from the motor. So i took it to get it looked at and apparently we have got screwed over because the motor is almost completely gone… how can a big franchise dealership like this not back this up? Ridiculous in my book.
Purchasing my Taos was such an easy experience. Ms Lexy made everything crystal clear, I knew everything about the vehicle history and what extras they had to offer. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
I will not be returning as a customer. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace the upper timing cover and PCV valve for a total cost of $1,773. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion, and while they confirmed that the upper timing cover does need to be replaced, they determined after further inspection and testing that there is nothing wrong with the PCV valve.
