I came here a second time thinking maybe the first time I went was an "off" day for the service department, due to the deeply disappointing experience. The second time was as bad as the first. I made an appointment for an oil change, nothing more nothing less. I still waited two hours. This place is very disorganized, people walk around like they have weights on their feet and their head is in the clouds. Customer service is not their top priority.
