5 stars all the way! Alex, my rep., was outstanding! Alex got me all the service and consideration I asked for. Parts manager was much more understanding and agreeable than required. 5 star evaluation is truly deserved.
They won’t honor the mopar deals on oil changes, even though mopar links you to them on the site. Asked about any other discounts and was told at the counter I needed to look on their dealer website to find the deal and show them to be able to get their discount. I was literally standing in front of them and had to pull it up on my phone to get their advertised discount to get it. Come on be better. They were very timely and helped with some questions I had. I dropped off the vehicle for 2 recalls and a multi-point inspection. Vehicle was well take care of and problems were addressed. The staff in the service department were great to work with.
