Update (25 March 2025): I’ve been bringing my wife’s vehicle here for service since moving back to the area. I’ve always been impressed with the service advisors. The advisor I’ve been using left, but the new advisor, Michael Baldwin, was awesome! He and the others at this dealership are honest, patient, and friendly. The mechanics are thorough and skilled. Thank you so much! Original post (June 2024): Outstanding facility. My Service Advisor, Tyler West, was top notch! Thank you for taking excellent care of my vehicle.

Jim was a kind and understanding service advisor. He fit us in and provided excellent customer service.
Our advisor is excellent but I'm not sure about the guys who actually fix the cars. The reasons we took our car in was not fixed more than one. Almost $1800.00 later and the problem is not fixed. They had to have know. Took the car back this morning and it's almost 4pm and still haven't heard a thing
