Not all work was completed due to parts needing to be ordered. The work that was done was completed in a timely manner. I received a phone call the next day saying I missed the appointment and needed to reschedule. This call was frustrating as I had spent over two hours and $1400.00 at the appointment. Internal communication needs to improve.
