Horrible experience!! I had an engine light on in my 2023 Grand Cherokee, I got told it was the motor mounts specifically on the passenger side. I had reminded the mechanic manager it was the passenger side at least several different times. Later when my friend dropped me off at the dealership, I was then told that they just took the car apart and don't even have the right parts for it!
