This service center was clean, efficient and friendly. They gave me a loaner for the time of the repair. The loaner was a clean and fueled up 2026 CX-5. I could feel the Mazda experience shine through here. I wanted to test drive the CX-5 and it drove great. When I arrived and admitted I hadn't fueled up, they gave me grace and asked me to just fuel it up next time. Safford Brown Nissan Sterling service department and ASBEL get five stars from me! My Nissan Rogue had an electrical problem for over five months. No one could figure it out. Last week Matthew, the service manager reached out to me. I explained my problem. He offered to set up an appointment. On Monday the Rogue was at Safford Brown Nissan Sterling and they found the problem. It was a lose wire! I now have a fully functioning power seat and I am one happy customer.
