You get what you pay for. It's a good deal on an apartment if you are okay with management being non-existant, work orders not getting completed quickly if at all, and getting blamed for every leak and plumbing breakage on the property. When I first moved in, there was a very responsive manager who was great to talk to, but she was replaced and that was when everything went downhill.
