The job was to remove two beetle-killed pines in my mother's back yard. In trying to do the job too quickly they felled one pine in its entirety that took down half of a perfectly healthy tree 40 feet from the dead pines. They also took limbs out of my brand new next door neighbor's tree. The back yard was/is a mess with ruts and even tree limbs impaled into the ground so deeply that I couldn't pull them up (just had to hack them off at ground level). I received an immediate call back from the message I left requesting an estimate.
