This company is so unprofessional. One of their employees contacted me saying that they’ll transport my bike for 500, a couple of days later I contact him to go forward with the process and he begins to say “it may have gone to the wrong person.” Like are you serious? Your that incompetent, that you sent and email and text to the wrong person? I would never deal with people like this. Unprofessional and mismanaged.
