We had major bird nest issues where nests were built and bird poop was on all our items. What a mess. Mice made our unit home via the unsealed holes encompassing the bottom of the unit and mud wasps throughout. Spent more Moore money & time purchasing traps, cleaning supplies, wasp sprays, etc. Tim, the one owner, poo pooed our complaints away offering no solutions nor compensation just a touch luck attitude.
