From the initial call until the end of service customer service was great. The customer service rep was informative and was able to get me an appointment within a couple of days. Robert installed my Clean Cut and he was awesome. He was informative, assessed what would be best for my loved ones needs, and he was efficient. I can tell he took pride in his work. CleanCut did an excellent job of installing the Conversion Step-In cut out in my tub. My wife has bad knees and couldnt step into the tub easily. Now she can . Daniel was our installer (came from Mass to CT) and even arrived early which we appreciated. Daniel was professional, courteous, informative and knew what he was doing. We can't thank him enough. We're extremely happy with the CleanCut tub conversion. It looks phenomenal and is now a whole lot safer. Our installer Donald was Professional, courteous, and just the perfect person to have working in our home. I'll highly recommend Clean Cut to family, friends and neighbors.
Quick replies to quote request, quickly scheduled even with holiday. Good pricing for install (I had purchased the product separately). Installer was great. On time, friendly, professional, cleaned everything up like he was never even there! Highly recommend! This was a more cost effective alternative to remodeling from tub to shower to make easier and safer for my husband to use as he has bad back that causes mobility issues.
Installer was TERRIFIC! Start to finish in three (3) hours. Looks FANTASTIC. Can't wait to try it!
