I'm 73 and have dealt with many pharmacies over the long haul. I was sorry to hear some of the negative comments being made about people who work hard and provide great service for us. I guess we're all entitled to our opinion and my experience is that the pharmacists and techs at Safeway are par excellence. They're personable, professional, and efficient. Thank you for doing what you do well!
I have been with Safeway since I moved to Owings Mills. The staff know me by name and always take care of my needs.
I struggle with this pharmacy every month. I continued coming here due to a medication that others pharmacies are continually out of stock of. If it wasn't for their consistent stock of one particular medicine I need I would not continue coming here. I've learned my lesson to not trust the auto texts or mobile pharmacy app updates. I will get auto texts that say my prescription is ready, I'll wait 24 hours, call the pharmacy just for them to tell me they don't even have my prescription. Every. Single. Month.
