Pharmacy tech Jolene W. Screamed and yelled at me and would not stop in front of customers and employees. She insisted I could not get my medication because it was on auto refill for July 21st. I told her it was a new subscription I had turned in three days earlier. I said she probably mistook the blood thinner for my inhaler as my inhaler was due for July 21st.She said she was not wrong. They are slow and rude. When you ask if they can help with the long lines the employees tell you the registers are broken and continue to ignore you. The people helping with giving prescriptions are slow and take too much time socializing than helping other customers. Wait times are always 30 minutes or more and when only 2 people in line.

My wife wasn't feeling well, so we called Kaiser and they sent a prescription to this Safeway pharmacy. Called at 4 and picked up the prescription at 5:30. The lady that helped me was friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant transaction from start to finish.

On Oct 31, your pharmacists went above & beyond to ensure I could get vital medication by working closely & quickly with the Samaritan Urgent Care. Please express to them my deepest gratitude. I believe the 1st person was Phillip, then Nancy & Tiffany. The next day I was also grateful for Lloyd’s assistance.
