All of the employees at the pharmacy are great and deserve 5 stars. However, the phone system is absolute trash and incredibly frustrating!! Do better Safeway.
They never answer the phone. Online it says the pharmacy is open until 12am. In another place it says 7pm
Today, due to an extremely urgent need, we called hoping for phone support. Nancy provided professional, expert phone support to confirm a critical prescription would be filled & ready. Thank You. In the past getting phone support was next to impossible, we Appreciate the improvement & service - Thank You Safeway Pharmacy Lincoln City.
They are so busy all the time and do a great job at keeping up and being friendly.
