Their lunch break is 1:30-2pm. They are always closed at 1:50 though so 15 minutes early, it sucks. I work 2 jobs and only have a short break in between the 2 and them closing early greatly effects my schedule.
I've always been treated with respect fast never wait over 5 minutes
This location hardly ever answers their phone. Their drive-thru is permanently closed. They have been super rude. And I pick up for a lot of other peoples medication that can't quite make it there and when I go in and I've waited even hours they say they just get the prescription or I have to wait for it to be filled I have even waited days before for prescriptions to be filled it would be much easier if we can get through on the phone and make sure it's there I know for a fact I've been at my doctor's office and I've litera... read more
Tia and Kaylee (spelling?) and at least one other amazing women at the counter this afternoon literally saved the day. I was in a pinch and they delivered. I’ve been working on refilling a prescription for over 7 hours today, with multiple pharmacies in town, and THEY DID IT at Safeway Franklin!! They answered the phone, they helped everyone in line quickly, they did so with kindness, and they figured out the insurance piece without asking.
