The people who work here are very kind, but they don’t answer their phone anymore, which is so frustrating. Twice in a row, they have put my prescription on hold. Another Safeway pharmacy says they can fill it, but they can’t do that until this pharmacy releases it - if they just answered their phone, it would take 30 seconds… but instead, I have to drive down and wait in line for an hour. Even having a national hotline that could answer the phone and adjust prescriptions would be so helpful.
They do not answer the phone. Physician call-ins are not filled the same day. No way to run a pharmacy where folks depend on medications.
Hardly EVER answer there phone. States online lunch is 1:30. I called from 1230 to 1:15 and never got a single answer. Insane. UPDATE: Then went in to location twice. Just like always only ONE miserable person working to help 10+ people in line.(dont blame her) why multiple people working and only ONE gal helping customers get there meds!? Crazy. Just like everyone else says expect at least to wait 30 minutes or more if you want your meds at the location
Unbelievably slow. The pharmacy is seriously understaffed. Be prepared to wait an hour at least. What kind of management understaffs a pharmacy to this degree?
