Pharmacy rarely answers the phone, medications getting filed in a timely manner is hit or miss, and the lines are almost always long. Staff is nice and helpful, but the place is very poorly run. With Bend Oregon have a retired population of around 25% and the store being on the most affluent side of town, meaning lots of old and young folks are getting medications (because of good access to healthcare), I don't understand why the pharmacy tries to server as many folks as possible with the smallest staff they can get away wit... read more
Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. Had a problem with prescription renewal and tried to call for 2 days. No one answers the phone. Pathetic. Then you go to the store for help and there are 15-20 people in a half hour line blocking shoppers from several displays. Pathetic. The place is in severe need of a new owner or management team. Ugh.
Never answer the phone. My doctor said he sent in the prescription order twice. I call in to see if it is ready but no answer after ten attempts during the day. I will need to take an hour or so off work just to go down there and ask a simple question. Zero stars if I could.
This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen
