Insanely slow even with only 3 people in line on a Wednesday at 1pm
If I could do no stars I would. Why have a phone if you’re never going to answer it? Ridiculous.
Wow, sad to see this wonderful place go down, but hate to say… “I called it and TOLD YOU!!!! My poor patients…
I put in a refill online and when I called they said they didn't get it. Than when I placed in the phone they sent me a notification that is was on order and expected Monday. When I called Monday they said that the insurance rejected it because it had been filled elsewhere 5 days before. No other pharmacy had ever had the prescription. They also insisted they faxed my Dr about it but my Dr never got a fax. When i called again they insisted it was just the systems fault, they couldnt do anything, and id just have to call my D... read more
Wow has this place changed, when I worked with Edwin and Remsey it was the most pleasant and easy experience and I always felt like they were trying to help me out as much as possible. This new Indian lady that works here just seems to want me out of the way and doesn't seem to want to help. It's completely night and day.
