Jose is awesome and was so helpful getting everything handled in a timely manner and making sure my medication was ordered promptly. Everyone else is awesome too! :)
Needed an urgent medication that day and the pharmacist said over the phone that she was too busy helping customers to call and have my prescription transferred even though the other pharmacy was on standby and ready to send it over. Proceeded to be annoyed with me that I gave her the address of the pharmacy and not the cross streets and said that it would take her 3 days for the transfer. The other pharmacy was very confused when I let them know
Brandon is a star. For 10 days, CVS pharmacy and my doctor's office could not figure out how to refill a prescription I had for four years. And because it was insulin, I was down to my last three doses, right before Thanksgiving. Crisis. My wife, who uses Safeway's Pharmacy, called Brandon and in less than 24 hours, he had it all cared for and I had my insulin. Superstar. Crisis averted. These are the guys you want on your team
