They are SO SLOW both to fill & pick up, and there's always a line which makes it even slower.

This place was a huge letdown. Chronically understaffed, always a line to get what you need even if you call ahead, and they return phone calls very rarely, if at all. Edit: One of the staff told me, "Do whatever you want, I don't care" after an error with my medication. Worst Customer Service in the city.
