I really need to move my prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy is an understaffed, inconvenient hassle every month. Hours on the phone to refill an approved an covered medication because they don't answer the phone or check their messages.
Consistently poor service. Notably they do not automatically refill medications when they should or answer their phone. A huge headache for citizens forced to do business with this monopoly.
Terrible service, unfriendly and unreliable. The whole location is a shabby mess, but this pharmacy especially takes the cake for least favorite transaction every month.
