Laura and Terrance are really irreplaceable i. The pharmacy. They really give the store a small-town neighborhood feel because they pay attention to their patients and take the time to make sure they are all taken care of.
Laura has always gone above and beyond, making every experience pleasant. I can be a little neurotic and she doesn't get frustrated or rude with me. I moved all my prescriptions over from Wal-Mart because I appreciate the personalized care.
Best pharmacy I've ever been to!
The new pharmacist Ed was extremely rude and inappropriate to me and my family of four as we stopped to get our flu shots. He made many assumptions and stereotypes including talking about mom making dinner (my husband cooks), trying to distract my 14 yo son by talking about scantily clad women at the beach, and assuming we were not parents of one of our children based on his own internal stereotypes.
