Safeway Love this grocery store! So close to home and never overly busy. I can run in and grab just the things I need and get out in 5 minutes flat. Customer service is always great and they always have the advertised products! Very nice, clean, and well organized store. A pleasure to shop here.
Outstanding Customer Service The management in this store are out to please. No matter what concerns are brought to their attention, they go above and beyond to try and rectify the problem. I took in some cookies I had purchased from the bakery. They were stale tasting. I did not have my receipt. The manager took them from me, refunded my money, then told me to go and get replacements at no fee so that I would leave happy. Man, they were good this time around. I ate two before leaving the store.
