Joke of a pharmacy. Can’t even answer the phone; immediate hang up.
A year ago, I was bragging on these guys and how good of a job they do. Not sure what has happened since then, but their customer service has definitely fallen off a cliff. If your doctor calls in a prescription, they will ignore it until you contact them and ask for it to be processed. The only problem with that is that they don't answer the phone. So that means you've got to go in and ask them to fill it, and then come back later. Half of the time, its not even ready then. Some prescriptions take me 3 trips just to be able... read more
